Communities In Schools is the nation’s leading dropout prevention nonprofit organization. As your designated Site Coordinator on campus, I have created specific programming and initiatives to help students stay in school and reach their individual goals for success.
What To Expect
As your school campus CIS site coordinator, I can navigate community resources, assist with schoolwide initiatives and case manage students needing one-on-one support, including: Provide academic assistance, tutoring, behavior modification, attendance monitoring, family engagement monitoring, Social Emotional Learning, school supplies, clothing, hygiene supplies, uniforms, community resources, medical/dental referrals, food pantry, weekend food bags and more.
